A work by Banksy painted on the wall of an abandoned car factory in Detroit has been removed by a local gallery, sparking a row over ownership rights.
The work was removed from the wall of the building in 2010 and exhibited in the 555 NonProfit Gallery and Studios, where it has remained ever since.

The gallery plans to sell the work at auction to raise money for local arts projects, estimating its value at up to $1.1m, but has met with criticism from some in the community who argue the piece belongs to the public.
Similar issues were raised in February, when Banksy's Kissing Coppers made $575,000 in Miami.
