Signed and dated by the artist, it carries an impressive estimate of €15,000-17,000.
Drawn in the year of its publication, this rare drawing features the character Nikopol, star of writer Enki Bilal's science fiction comics between 1980-1993.
The sale will be held at Hôtel Marcel Dassault, in Paris.
Comics have emerged as the big new collectible of 2010, after Detective Comics #27 - featuring Batman's first-ever appearance - became the most expensive comic in the world at Heritage.
It sold for an incredible $1,075,500.
