The work is valued at £10,000-15,000 ($14,259-21,338) ahead of the March 16 sale in London.
Borges was an Argentinian writer whose work helped establish magical realism as a theme in South American literature.
This manuscript was formerly in the collection of Francisco Porrua, the publisher who would go on to release Gabriel Garcia Marquez's One Hundred Years of Solitude in 1967.
