A 1934 Talbot Alpine replica tourer is to lead Bonhams' Summer Classic sale in Oxford on June 20.
The lot is expected to make £120,000-160,000 ($183,939-245,252) at auction.

British marque Talbot formed part of the Sunbeam-Talbot-Darracq (STD) corporation and was undoubtedly the strongest manufacturer in the partnership.
In 1935, the organisation collapsed and the Talbot brand was ultimately discontinued some years later. Over the years the present model, originally a standard 105s, has been converted into a replica of the company's legendary Alpine Racer - which dominated European competitions during the 1930s.
A 1974 BMW 2002 rally car is likely to prove another highlight, with a valuation of £120,000-150,000 ($183,939-229,924).
The model is among the most celebrated BMWs of its era, with around 400,000 produced.
The present lot is one of two built by the marque's motorsport division for the 1974/1975 rally season and features a M12/7 Formula 2 engine. It proved successful, winning the 1975 Donegal International Rally.
Bonhams comments: "Described by the private vendor as in generally excellent condition, this unique 2002 rally car represents a probably once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the BMW collector to acquire an important piece of the factory's competition history, potentially eligible for a wide variety of historic motor sports events including Le Mans Classic."
