A 1958 Chevrolet Cameo pickup in sky blue was the lead lot at the Lambrecht Chevrolet Company sale, run by Van Der Brink Auctions in Nebraska on September 28-29, where it sold for $140,000.
The pickup featured a number of flaws, including a cracked windshield, however it only had 1.3 miles on the clock, justifying its high cost.
Most of the vehicles featured were so-called "survivors", vintage cars that never left the showroom and were put in storage when they went unsold.
Other lots included a 1963 Impala in red and white, with only 11.3 miles on the odometer, that sold for $98,000, and a 1978 Corvette Pace with 4 miles that made $80,000.
