The chance to own the first 2015 Ford Mustang GT off the production line presents itself at Barrett-Jackson's Scottsdale classic car auction on January 18.
Yet to be made, the car's owner will be able to choose their own colour scheme. All proceeds will go to charity.

First off the production line models have a history of netting big sums, such is their attraction to collectors. In January this year, the first 2014 Corvette C7 Stingray auctioned for $1.1m at Barrett-Jackson.
January's Scottsdale auctions are shaping up nicely, with Bonhams' 1951 Ferrari 212 Export Berlinetta on the 16th among the highlights.
