Keith Richards' Ferrari Dino valued at $423,500 in Coys sale

A Ferrari Dino bought by Rolling Stone Keith Richards in California during the 1970s is to star in Coys' Monaco auction on May 9 with a £220,000-250,000 ($372,592-423,400) estimate.

The design was conceived by Alfredo "Dino" Ferrari, son of Enzo Ferrari, who died of complications brought on by motor neurone disease. The car was subsequently built and named in his honour.

It quickly became one of the must have models for Ferrari lovers, with Richards an early adopter - he picked up this model on its release in 1972, later shipping it back to the UK.

It was sold to a Japanese collector in 1986.

We have a rare original concert pass for the Rolling Stones' June 26 show at Alexandra Palace in London for sale.
