"Following another vibrant year in 2011, we're thrilled to return to Arizona in January and kick off what is shaping up to be another exciting auction season" - Rob Myers, Chairman & Founder, RM Auctions
More Ferraris than you shake a stick at will be going up for sale in Phoenix, Arizona, promising a variety of classic cars from across nearly half-a-century of Ferrari history.
Highlighting the sale is 'chassis 0617 SA', a stunning Ferrari 410 Superamerica which in 1957 was the only car of its kind bodied by Scaglietti.

Also rolling onto the auction block is a 250 GT Ellena Berlinetta, a genuine, matching-numbers example that has been a recent Ferrari Historic Racing entrant and Colorado Grand participant. Today this day, it continues to be a fantastic event car.
This can also be said of the 308 GTB Racing Car appearing for sale.
Meanwhile the sale will also offer one of the finest supercars of the 1980s, a Ferrari F40 1991 model. It also happens to be one of the finest examples extant with less than 300 original miles, and also boasts remarkable provenance having been owned by famed auto executive Lee Iacocca.

Other important Ferraris on offer include a rare Ferrari 342 America Pinin Farina Coupe (chassis 0246 AL) - one of only six cars having been displayed at Geneva in 1953.
A genuine 365 GTB/4 Daytona Spyder which has been in the same ownership for the past 23 years, a 512 BBi, and a low mileage 575 F-1 Maranello from 2002 will also appear for sale.
