We've already examined a "fantastic luxury" Swedish stamp which will be included in Stockholm firm AB Philea's upcoming online sale on May 14.
Also included in the sale's excellent coin section is a very rare specimen of "unusually beautiful quality" which was produced in Sweden in 1594.
The coin bears the likeness of Sigismund, the Holy Roman Emperor who lived from 1368-1437 and was one of the driving forces behind the Council of Constance that ended the Papal Schism, a split within the Catholic Church from 1378 to 1417.

Described as being a "rarity of the highest rank," the 29.36g coin's reserve price is approximately €11,000($16,000).
