Also known as the Miracle at Dunkirk, the evacuation saw thousands of Allied troops rescued from the French town by a flotilla of boats (including pleasure craft) after becoming surrounded by German troops.
The Medway Queen made three trips back and forth and earned the nickname "the Heroine of Dunkirk".
The lot includes her compass and the ensign flown during the mission. It has a $5,000 high estimate.
The sale will also feature an Enola Gay flightlog and a contraband radio built by British POWs.
