As we've reported, Christie's New York will be hosting their annual Russian Art sale in New York, featuring exceptional and sought-after works of Russian Art led by Boris Grigoriev's haunting painting Les Enfants.
But it is by no means only art collectors who should take an interest in the auction. The diverse selection also includes more than 250 lots of silver, enamels, vertú, porcelain, bronzes, militaria; in addition to 44 lots of Fabergé.

Of particular interest to medal collectors will be a gold and enamel Order of the White Eagle. Bearing the Maker's mark 'WK' it was made in St. Petersburg, but the date mark is indistinct, though it was before 1899.
It is estimated at $15,000 - 25,000 in the sale which takes place on April 13.
