The set includes a George Cross, awarded for a series of operations, including Harrison's disarming of a live mine attached to a trawler in 1940.
The record for a George Cross is £260,000 ($376,650), set last year for one awarded posthumously to British spy Violet Szabo.
A 1918-1962 General Service medal and a 1977 Jubilee medal are also included, among others.
