It's really a very quiet street in the London postcode of NW8, yet Abbey Road is known the world over to music fans because of the Album photograph of the Fab Four walking across a zebra crossing.
It will be 40 years this weekend since that album went into production and the sign for Abbey Road is coming up for sale on eBay.
This sign was only put in place in 2003, but had to be removed in 2007 due to Beatles-related graffiti.
The council has put another enamelled-steel sign in place, but is experimenting with graffiti-proof ones.
Previously, a road sign auction raised £18,000 for Westminster Council.
But this one offers the chance to gain a piece of Beatles' memorabilia - albeit not the original version.
Original Beatles memorabilia is much sort after, of course, as the reaction to the re-release of their albums and a new video game demonstrates.
At Paul Fraser Collectibles we currently have a letter written by Paul McCartney available referring to Beatles songs written before the band were famous.
The sign is one of 43 Westminster Council is offering.
