A production cel from The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show is to see some of the highest bids in Heritage Auctions' November 20 Animation Art Signature Auction, which will be held in Beverly Hills, CA.

The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show sprang from the success of Charles Schulz's Peanuts, running from 1983-1986

The hand-painted cel is accompanied with its matching animation drawing, placed on a complimentary print background made from the original art.

Its position at the top of the sale is testament to the enduring popularity of Charles Schulz's Peanuts comic strip.
