We couldn't resist another look at Julien's upcoming auction of property consigned by the legendary rock musician Slash, set to take place in Beverley Hills, California, USA on March 26.
Among the not-unexpected lots to appear in the sale - including state worn outfits and, of course, guitars, which you can read more about in our previous report - are a number of surprising items.
According to Julien's, Slash has spent years travelling the world and collecting various items which will now come to the auction block for the very first time. In particular, Slash has been generous enough to donate a number of items which reflect his love of film, television and fast cars.

Among them is his 2007 Harley Davidson V-Rod VRSCAW Twin Racing Street Custom Cruiser (estimated at $8,000-10,000), selling alongside his 1966 Corvette equipped with a big block 427 cubic inch V-8 engine with 435 horsepower, 4-speed manual transmission ($90,000-$100,000).
Elsewhere, Slash's film memorabilia includes the bench from the Jack Nicholson-starring cinema classic "One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest" movie set ($6,000-8,000), and a Pinball machine themed around the popular TV cartoon South Park ($2,500-3,500).
