A 1946 RC/3 amphibian Seabee seaplane thought to have featured in Bond film The Man with the Golden Gun is to auction.

The lot is one of several such planes employed during the shoot, although a miniature was used for the scene in which the chopper explodes.
No estimate is available, but other Seabees from the same era (albeit without the movie pedigree) sell for six figure sums.
