Marilyn Monroe's grave marker is among an intriguing selection of lots offered at Nate D Sanders later this month.
Monroe's grave marker is changed every few years as visiting fans often touch it, causing the bronze to oxidise.

This example dates to the 1990s and remains in exceptional condition. It's offered with an opening bid of $50,000.
Another marker from the grave site (possibly the original) was offered with an estimate of $4,000 at Julien's Auctions last year, but instead realised a spectacular $212,500.
The auction house will be hoping for a repeat of that result when the sale closes on November 17.
A 1970 National Karate Championship plaque awarded to Bruce Lee carries an opening bid of $10,000.
While Lee never competed in any martial arts tournaments, he did occasionally attend and perform demonstrations.
The plaque reads: "Presented to / Mr. Bruce Lee / Guest of Honor / at / 1970 National Karate Championship / Washington, D.C. / May 24, 1970".
Material relating to the star is in high demand, with his iconic yellow and black jumpsuit from Game of Death selling for a record $84,000 in 2013.
Other highlights include the Golden Globe for best screenplay for Kevin Costner's acclaimed Dances with Wolves (1990).
Bidding starts at $8,000.
