Austin Powers was first conceived by Myers as the singer of the band Ming Tea, intended as a parody of the British mod scene of the 1960s.
He later wrote a film around the character, which was released in 1997 and quickly became an international phenomenon - grossing over $100m worldwide and spawning two sequels.
Also included in the sale is a suit worn by Myers as Dr Evil, which is expected to auction for in excess of $12,000.
Winona Ryder's white dress from Tim Burton's 1990 classic Edward Scissorhands will start at $5,000.
It appears in one of the film's most memorable moments, when Kim dances in the snow, and features considerable wear that testifies to its onscreen use.
Depp's costume sold for $70,000 at Profiles in History in Los Angeles in 2012.
Other lots include a Sankara Stone from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984) that's valued at over $5,000.
Christopher Reeve's Superman III costume will headline with a minimum bid of $65,000.
