The film starred James Cagney in his celebrated role as Chicago hoodlum Tom Powers, with Jean Harlow as his moll. It's considered one of the most influential gangster movies of all time.
This poster was one of around 40 to have been found pasted into the floor of an attic as insulation in a home in Berwick, Pennsylvania in 2011.
Heritage explains: "This incredible poster is a glorious testament to two major Hollywood figures at the beginnings of their careers, displaying the presence and allure that would soon rocket them to the heights of Hollywood royalty.
"This exceedingly rare style A one sheet is the only copy to ever surface! The poster has had significant restoration to address missing paper in the upper right side of the image."
A Spanish one sheet for the movie Frankenstein (1932) could make $20,000-40,000.
The poster is extremely rare and is one of the most attractive variations issued for the film. It differs from the US version in its allocation of top billing to Boris Karloff, who played the monster.
An original US Frankenstein insert poster sold for $292,500 at Heritage Auctions in 2013.
