The figure, made by Palitoy, was one of just a handful produced in the early days of the Star Wars franchise.
Initially issued with a vinyl cape, the decision was made early on to change it to cloth - making this example extremely rare.
The Palitoy products were sold in British newsagents for 99p in 1978 up until the company lost its licence, with subsequent figures produced in the US.
We have this original prop from Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.
