Having received more than 2,500 views, it is PFC Auctions' most viewed lot, and its current price reflects its popularity - £8,500 (approx. $12,883).
The stunning acrylic fingernail became parted from the US singer at a concert in Dublin, Ireland on September 15, 2012.
Recovered by a member of the stage crew, it comes with superb photographic documentation: the image showing a naked little finger on Gaga's left hand.
The sale also features a mask Lady Gaga wore in her Manifesto of a Monster short-film from the worldwide Monster's Ball Tour. It has received bids of £900 ($1,360).
Lady Gaga's memorabilia is no stranger to strong showings at auction.
A teacup and saucer she used at a press conference in Japan sold for $75,300 last year, while a typically outlandish triangular dress she wore for a photo-shoot made $31,250 in 2011.
