The 1981 album features strong autographs in silver pen from each of the five members of the band and is presented in a frame.
The Stones are the biggest rock band on the planet but memorabilia rarely appears at auction, resulting in strong demand from collectors.
Stones autographs have grown in value by 15.5% a year since 2000, states the PFC40 Autograph Index.
Also offered is a unique set of photographs showing drummer Charlie Watts playing his first gig at the age of 12. They are sold along with full copyright and reproduction rights.
The sale will also feature a cigar half-smoked by Winston Churchill.
