A high school love letter from rapper Tupac Shakur is up for grabs.
Mr Shakur wrote and illustrated the letter in 1988, when he was a 17-year-old student in California.
"Felt compelled to write u. Can't really explain it, but feel good vibes from u," he begins. The recipient is a girl he calls Beethoven - a reference to her piano skills.
"Want u to know that u can tell me anything and if u ever need a shoulder 2 cry on, you can cry on mine."

He signs off in dramatic fashion: "We have so much in common. We both love Prince, we've both had our hearts broken and we both love candles".
The letter has a $35,000 sale price at Moments in Time.
A letter written by the rapper while incarcerated on a sexual assault charge in 1995 auctioned for $15,000 last year.
