A unique inverted Jenny stamp housed in a locket could make $250,000-300,000 at HR Harmer in Los Angeles on May 17.
Colonel Ned Green, who was the first to break up the initial sheet of Jennys into blocks and singles for sale, made it for his wife Mabel - a former prostitute whom he married after the death of his mother Hetty (aka the Witch of Wall Street).

It first came up for auction at Robert A Siegel in 2002 but failed to sell.
Another inverted Jenny is expected to break the auction record for the issue when it crosses the block at Spink on May 21.
