A group of photographs that show a young Queen Elizabeth II taking part in royal pantomimes will be sold at Dominic Winter Auctioneers on December 11 in the UK.

The photographs are compiled into two scrapbooks and some have been signed by Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret. The lot is valued at £2,000-3,000 ($3,268-4,903).
The scrapbooks were put together, in part, by fellow cast member Cyril Woods, who was a top student at the Royal School in Windsor. They show the young princesses in four different pantomimes: Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Aladdin and Old Mother Red Riding Boots.

The photographs date to between 1940 and 1944, and are accompanied by a telegram to Cyril Woods sent from Windsor on December 18, 1943, which reads, "Congratulations Widow Twankey, Two Admirers (Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret)."
