A teddy bear discovered at Bristol Airport in 2012 has sold for £2,200 ($3,328) at Special Auction Services in Thatcham, UK.
It was produced in Germany circa 1910.

The bear was found alongside an old photo of two young girls, which was inscribed on the back: "With dearest love and kisses to our darling Daddie from your loving little daughter and sonni, Dora and Glyn."
The mysterious discovery led to an internet campaign to find the owner. He was tracked down in Cyprus in 2013, but has since decided to sell the bear on.
