Premiere Props will be hosting an auction of over 500 iconic movie props and costumes used in the making of new film release Halloween 2, which hits theaters on August 28, 2009.
The Premiere Props warehouse will showcase each item, from the bloodiest, dirtiest, ripped costume to the last knife still covered in red blood.
Those attending the auction will not only have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the bloody items on the bidding block, but gain a unique "behind the movie" experience.
The live auction will include a special Q&A session as well as behind-the-scenes video footage and trailers from the movie.
"This is a highly anticipated auction for Premiere Props and the fans who have been waiting for this event since the last Halloween film," says Dan Levin, Vice President of Marketing for Premiere Props.
"These are the best, most iconic costumes and props from the film and we are excited to give fans this exclusive opportunity to bring something scarily terrific from Halloween 2 home."
The auction will be broadcasted live across the Los Angeles Tribune station, available to over four million Time Warner, DirecTV and Dish subscribers.
There will be a preview from 9am - 11am, before the auction begins at 11am.
The live auction takes place on Saturday August 29 at Premiere Props' warehouse in El Segundo, California (128 Sierra Street, El Segundo, CA 90245).
