The headline timepiece is a Patek Philippe diamond and platinum ref. 1496, offered with a valuation of $15,000-20,000.
Jackie Collins specialised in racy thrillers set in the glamorous LA underworld and had the flamboyant taste to match.
The auction includes diamond jewellery, sports cars and artwork (including a large collection of pieces by British painter Beryl Cook).
