Great Britain 1969 9d Anniversaries "Europa and CEPT emblems", SG792var.
A very fine essay of the issued design but printed in green and red, perforated 15 x 14 on gummed unwatermarked paper, mounted on a Harrison & Sons presentation card.
Typed on reverse "2 7 6/British Anniversaries/EUROPA CEPT/9d value".
A unique essay.
