An original slice of cake made for the wedding of Prince William and Princess Catherine, which took place at Westminster Abbey in April 2011 and was watched live by 175 million people around the world.
Offered in its original decorative presentation tin, measuring approx 5 inches x 4 inches.

The 8-tier traditional fruitcake was made by Fiona Cairns, known as the 'Queen of Cakes', who also made the christening cakes for the couple's three children and King Charles III's 70th birthday cake.
The presentation tin design includes the couple's names William and Catherine, along with the date of the wedding 29th April 2011, the couple's Royal crest, and the national flowers of the four United Kingdom nations: the English rose, Irish shamrock, Scottish thistle, and Welsh daffodil.
Provenance:
This piece of cake was originally gifted to Mr Philip Grant, owner of The House of Cheese shop in Tetbury, England. Charles and Camilla, whose home Highgrove House is nearby, were regular customers and the shop held a Royal Warrant.
