The 1972 Apollo 17 mission was the last manned Moon flight to date. As such, this photo is signed by the last men to know the sensation of touching the Moon's surface.
Signed by the crew on an official 10 x 8-inch NASA Apollo 17 photograph. The reverse features details of the mission.
Handsomely signed and inscribed in black ink: “To Fred Sevfert, with our best wishes and many thanks, Ron Evans.”
Also autographed in black ink “Gene Cernan.”
Signed in black felt tip by “Harrison Schmitt.”
In good condition. Features a paperclip impression to top edge, and a thin strip of tape on the reverse.
