Trinidad & Tobago 1913-23 5s dull and purple and mauve, watermark MCA, SG155.
A brilliant quality mint example with original gum. One shortish perforation mentioned purely for accuracy as still very fine and a lovely looking stamp.
The "Sitting Britannia" design was used for the 1913-1923 first Trinidad & Tobago issues. This represented a continuation of the motif from the earlier produced Trinidad stamps.
