China 1882 1ca deep green 'Candarins', thin paper, 4.5mm spacing, SG4a.

A fine used example by part negative seal at top.. There are a couple of short perforations at the foot, but more than compensated by the exceptionally rich colour.

A scarce colour shade of the first stamp issues from the Chinese Empire.
