A very fine unmounted mint, with full original gum, example printed on uncoated paper.
Very scarce, only one £1.70 booklet pane (SG308a) was discovered on uncoated paper, which yielded five 14p and five 20p examples.
Clearly undervalued at the current catalogue value for such extreme rarity.
Provenance: last sold by Stanley Gibbons in 2016 for £900.
Accompanied with a David Brandon certificate of authenticity (1991).
