Nevis 1858-60 Great Britain 6d lilac CANCEL, SGZ4.
Two overlapping examples tied to a piece by respectively fine and very fine strikes of 'A09'. The right stamp with slight perforation faults (not apparent), but a very scarce usage. Much above average for this rare cancellation.
Provenance: Illustrated as Fig 3.2 on p.28 of the Borromeo and Freeland book.
The Stanley Gibbons catalogue value is £600+.
