Sierra Leone 1935 Silver Jubilee set of 4 to 1s, perforated 'SPECIMEN' (type B9), SG181s/4s.
A fresh and fine unmounted mint set of this popular stamp issue with full original gum. The 1d and 5d stamp with slight offsetting and a few slightly shortish perforations, although still a very fine quality set.
These "SPECIMEN" examples were used solely by postal administrations for reference purposes to help spot any attempted forgeries.
