Fiji 1896 (24 APR) registered cover from Suva to Scotland, Hamilton Hunter correspondence, endorsed "Via Brindisi", correctly franked at 7½d (5d registration + 2½d postage) by 1891-98 2½d chocolate and 5d ultramarine, perforations 11x10, (SG84/5), tied by individual fine strikes of SUVA circular date stamps, with additional strike alongside.
Face with "1195" registration number in blue crayon and London registered oval date stamp (13 JU) at lower right. Backstamped at Saltcoats (JU 14).
