A very fine unmounted mint example with full original gum of this rare departmental issue.
A most attractive example, particularly rare in unmounted mint condition.
The "O.W. Official" overprints were issued to Office of Works. The higher value issues from 2d and above were issued in 1902 for registration fees and overseas mail.
Accompanied with a 1985 Royal Philatelic Society (RPS) Certificate of Authenticity.
