Great Britain 1854 1d Red Brown Plate 1 R8, SG17var. A superb unused top marginal imperforate imprimatur lettered AK, showing part inscription & endorsed with plate number in sheet margin.
Very rare, only 21 examples have been removed from the imprimatur sheet, this being the only way to obtain an example from the reserve plate as it was prepared for issue but never released.
