Great Britain 2000 2nd "Spirit & Faith” Christmas error, SG2170a.
A very fine unmounted mint, with full original gum, partially perforated lower left corner marginal block of eight with the lower three pairs completely imperforate.
A scarce QEII error. Pierron records only 20 mint pairs known.
The Stanley Gibbons catalogue value for a pair is £400.
The stamp issue was to commemorate Millennium Projects and depicts Virgin and Child Stained-Glass window, St Edmundsbury Cathedral (Suffolk Cathedral Millennium Project).
