Gibraltar 1906-12 6d dull and bright purple, new colours on chalk-surfaced paper, with complete 'ULTRAMAR' handstamp, applied in Gibraltar by postmistress Miss Cresswell for despatch as a 'Specimen' to Portuguese post offices, SG70.
A fine mint Specimen example with part original gum. Some minor rubbing apparent, but a rare example of this King Edward VII stamp.
