A very fresh and fine mint example with traces of gum. Some trimmed perforations, but remains very attractive.
The first stamp issue from Labuan with a striking engraved design of Queen Victoria and with inscriptions in three languages (English, Arabic and Chinese).
A rare specimen example, which was used solely by postal administrations as reference to help detect any attempted forgeries.
