A fine lightly used example with part 'OC 3 1905' circular dates stamp. Typical perforations and centring for this issue.
A very rare stamp.
Following the formation of the Commonwealth 9d stamps were issued in 1903 inscribed "COMMONWEALTH" and with the initials of each member along with its year of founding.
