Newfoundland 1911 (7 Feb) "Guy" set of 6 to 15c, recess printing, SG111/16.
A fine and fresh mint set with large part original gum. Odd short perforations and the 9c stamp has a minor bend but, overall, a really fine quality set.
The Stanley Gibbons catalogue value is £300.
A most appealing stamp issue, with the highest value denomination in the set being reserved to pay homage to the current reign at the time, King George V. A fine set depicting the quality of stamp designs typical of this period.
