A very fine used example neatly cancelled by large part Nuku'alofa circular date stamp, dated '16 DE 66'.
A very scarce error, reasonably priced considering its rarity and the first we have ever handled.
The stamp was issued to commemorate the Centenary of Tupou College and Secondary Education.
