Transjordan 1923 (Apr-Oct) ½p on 2p olive, perforations 15x14, surcharge on December 1922 issue, with type 4 in violet and type 7 surcharge in black, block of 4, SG80b.
A fine mint block with large part original gum, (the lower pair are unmounted mint). Some minor traces of gum toning and the left pair with a slight gum crease, neither of which are material and it remains fine quality and with fresh appearance.
Only 1,073 stamps were originally issued of all three overprint colours. This is a scarcer overprint and a rarity in a multiple.
Accompanied with a clear British Philatelic Association (BPA) certificate of authenticity (1988).
