A pair of Princess Diana-owned white Bruno Magli shoes realised £1,800 ($2,300) at Dominic Winter Auctioneers earlier this week.
They date to the late 1970s, well before Diana married Prince Charles.
Diana was working as a nursery assistant in London in the late 70s
At the time she was working as a nursery assistant in London. She apparently left them at a friend’s house and never picked them up.
The sale is evidence of the continuing strong demand for all Diana memorabilia.
We have this great Diana signed photograph from just a few years later.
