Produced by John Buckle-Barlee circa 1800, the illustration features a note of provenance on the reverse that reads: "The original paper is under this with my Great Grandmother's writing.
"Anne Beatty nee Buckle-Barlee whose brother John etched Nelson after he landed at Yarmouth..."
It's displayed in a stunning glass-fronted brass frame.
Nelson memorabilia is hugely popular among collectors, with a signed letter realising £54,500 ($82,885) in July last year.
Other lots in the sale include a cigar smoked by Winston Churchill, a signed copy of the Rolling Stones' Tattoo You and a mask worn by Lady Gaga in her Manifesto of a Monster video.
