A general service medal awarded to one of the eight SAS operatives captured in the Flagstaff Hill Incident in 1976 is to auction at Plymouth Auction Rooms, UK on November 5.
It's estimated at £3,000-4,000 ($4,786-6,382).

The operation saw SAS soldiers deployed across the border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
The Gardai and the Irish army later captured them, sparking tension between England and Ireland.
Auctioneer Paul Keen commented: "The market for military medals is very buoyant. There is particular interest in special forces medals as they rarely come onto the market."
