It will be sold at the Philadelphia Auto Show's black tie event on January 29.
The proceeds from the sale of the car, which is valued at around $30,000, will go to the Children's Hospital of Pennsylvania and various Catholic charities.
The Pope's appearance in the Fiat led to a 35% increase in sales for the marque in the US.
A Harley-Davidson motorbike presented to the Pope by the Roman chapter of the Hell's Angels sold for $263,259 in 2014.
